On March 29th AIM students had the opportunity to showcase their great team spirit and newly acquired Arts de la Table skills!

The 2022 edition featured food and wine pairing too: each team’s appointed sommelier was given the task to recommend wines for each of the menu’s courses.

The event also featured a visit of the Ritz Hotel, and great advice on table setup was kindly given by Pierre, expert Maître d’Hotel in the banqueting department.

I would like to firstly congratulate all the BS1 and BS2 students for their hard work and dedication, and to thank everyone involved in the event, both at AIM school and the Ritz Hotel.

Looking forward to the 2023 edition!

Each team is given the task to setup the table in the Louis XV meeting room, according to a predetermined event : a VIP lunch hosted by UK’s Chamber of Commerce officials, with Guests of Honors such as an Ambassador and members of the British Parliament.
