On March 29th AIM students had the opportunity to showcase their great team spirit and newly acquired Arts de la Table skills!
The 2023 edition featured food and wine pairing too: each team’s appointed sommelier was given the task to recommend wines for each of the menu’s courses.
Great advice on table setup was kindly given to each group of students, by Kevin, expert Maître d’Hotel in the banqueting department.
Congratulations to the BS1 class, for your hard work, dedication, positive spirit and enthusiasm!

Each team is given the task to setup the table in the Louis XV meeting room, according to a predetermined events : a VIP business lunch or a wedding anniversary for 24 guests.
