Lausanne Hotel School graduate, I initiated my professional career with a focus on international luxury hotel management, holding various management positions in a dozen countries such as Mexico, Peru, Brunei or the Maldives.
In 2014, I joined the Le Cordon Bleu school in Paris, in order to develop a Restaurant Management Program for postgraduate students interested in opening their own ventures. This year marks the beginning of my activities in the academic field, which will continue in 2016 in St Petersburg, Russia, as director of hospitality studies for Swissam Hotel school.
In 2020 I obtain the FFP professional certificate of : “Design, deliver and evaluate a training session/Adult training”
